Dear Valued Clients,

Thank you for choosing Chona! To ensure a smooth and seamless booking experience for all clients, the following policies are now in place:

1. Booking & Deposits

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. Please note that "non-refundable" means the deposit will not be returned under any circumstances,regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

• Bookings can only be made through the Mindbody app or website. This ensures your payment method is valid and secures your appointment slot. You will also receive reminders to help you avoid fees if you need to cancel or reschedule.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• If canceled within 24 hours, the full cost of the service will be charged.

3. Late Arrivals

• Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes of lateness without prior notice, as I may have other guests scheduled.

4. No-Show Policy

• Clients with a history of one "no call/no show" will no longer be able to book appointments at Chona.
